Save Our Groundwater’s motion about the redaction of foreign investor information in the loan agreement with the Malom Group, AG  in the USA Springs, Inc. bankruptcy case # 08-11816, is re-scheduled to take place Thursday, January 26 at 9:00 a.m. . SOG is seeking all investor information to be public and transparent on behalf of our members. There will also be a hearing the same morning on extending USA Springs, Inc.’s bankruptcy plan into February 2012 per a January 3, 2012 motion from the Malom Group. The water bottlers’ bankruptcy plan was due to expire January 6, 2012. Bankruptcy court hearings are open to the public. The court is located at 1000 Elm St., 11th Floor, Manchester, NH.
