The case is #2009-0037 Appeal of Garrison Place Real Estate Investment Trust (Wetlands Council) v. Town of Barrington. In 2008, Barrington won its appeal to the state's Wetlands Council of the 2005 wetlands permit issued by the Dept. of Environmental Services to the water bottler (for more information, click &lt;a href="http://www.saveourgroundwater.org/"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt; and scroll down to 9/11/08). The public is invited to attend this special presentation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Commission was established by law in 2007 to investigate and report to the Legislature about the impacts of international trade agreements on state sovereignty and local economies. The Commission is chaired by &lt;a href="http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/senate/members/senate06.asp"&gt;Senator Jackie Cilley&lt;/a&gt; with &lt;a href="http://www.afsc.org/nh/default.htm"&gt;Arnie Alpert, NH American Friends Service Committee&lt;/a&gt; serving as vice-chair.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All Commission meetings are open to the public.
