Help the Lamprey River by conserving water this summer

New Hampshire’s Department of Environmental Services is requesting that the 11 communities in along the 50-mile Lamprey River conserve water use to help the river return to normal flow levels. According to the department’s July 30, 2015 news release the request covers the communities of Durham, Lee, Epping, Raymond, Candia, Deerfield, Northwood, Barrington, Freemont, Newfields and Newmarket, all of which can affect stream flows in the 50-mile Lamprey River.
