Nottingham Planning Board meeting re: mud bog racing proposal

In a victory for residents, the Nottingham Planning Board voted the mud bog racing proposal to be one of regional impact August 10, opening the way for concerned towns to be given abutter status. The Board also found that abutters had not been properly notified (a certified letter needs to be sent). Save Our Groundwater submitted a letter to the Board outlining our concerns on behalf of Nottingham and Barrington members and supporters. The case was adjourned to September 14th.  Please try to be there–it helps to show we care.
